Stressed with midterms? Want to learn how to relax your mind and body? Meditation has been scientifically proven to boost concentration, improve cardiovascular health and increase mindfulness and self-awareness. Join COSWB as we learn more about the benefits and how to meditate with Dr. Danny Zamir. No experience needed! This workshop is designed for beginners and Dr. Zamir will be leading a group meditation session as well. Snacks and Refreshments will be provided! Meditate with COSWB for FREE!
